TFSI intelligently combines powerful turbocharging technology with the efficient FSI injection process - proven technology from the world of motorsport. The result: engines that only burn as much fuel as is necessary and respond more spontaneously and sportily. This is evident, for example, in the performance figures of the 2.0 TFSI quattro (147 kW), which offers a maximum torque of 280 Nm between 1700 and 5000 rpm and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds while using only 7.6 litres of petrol per 100km.
